Are you a registered UK dealer for your products?
Yes. We are a dealer for the majority of products that we sell. The other brands we are not a UK dealer for are usually imported from a European distributor.
Are you a registered Santa Cruz dealer?
No. We purchase our stock from various dealers throughout Europe. By working with the same dealers for 6 years we have managed to maintain a solid relationship meaning we can offer great pricing to our customers.
Can I register my new frame for warranty?
No. Only bikes bought from registered UK dealers can register their new frame for warranty. However, we honour full warranty on all of our products. We hope you don’t have any issues but if you do please contact Granary Cycles direct so we can start the warranty process.
What happens if my warranty is with Granary Cycles and they close down?
We are currently in our 6th year of trading and we are getting bigger and better each year so we are not going anywhere. We have recently moved into a larger premises and taken on new staff to cope with the high demand of orders.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship internationally. We have accounts with various companies such as UPS, DPD, TNT to name a few meaning we can ship all worldwide for a reasonable price.
How can I pay?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal and bank transfers.
Can I pay in another currency?
Yes. You can use your credit or debit card to pay in GBP, EUR or USD.
Is collection possible?
No. As we are based solely online and keep majority of our stock with our suppliers as well as our warehouse we are unable to offer collection as an option. Also, our accounts with our suppliers are online only which is why we are able to offer the best price on all of our products.
Why are your prices below RRP?
Our accounts with our suppliers are online only and being based online we have minimal overheads as opposed to a high street shop. We also buy a lot of end of line stock from distributors and dealers before new models are released. We buy these in bulk so get these at a very good price meaning we can pass on this saving to our customers.
