I want to pay by bank transfer. What details do I use?

Can I pay in another currency?

Yes, our payment gateway allows us to take orders in GBP, EUR and USD so you can use your normal credit or debit card to pay for your new bike.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

No, we only sell online which means that we can pass great savings on to you. In most cases we can send you extra information or photographs before you make your purchase. We also offer refunds in line with our terms and conditions.

 

What is the delivery time on your products?

We try to get all products out soon as possible but in most cases delivery is around 5 – 7 working days. If we have the product in stock it will likely be quicker than that.

 

Can I speak to a real person?

Yes, fill in the Request Callback form at the side of the page (may appear below on smaller screens) and we can call you. Alternatively, you can contact us with your Skype details.

 

What is covered on the additional courier insurance?

Your bike will be covered by the courier for £5 per KG as standard. We have our own transit insurance policy and for just £25 extra your bike will be covered for damage or loss whilst in transit up to the value of £5000. It is rare we have problems with couriers but at £25 extra for complete peace of mind we strongly recommend it.

In the event of a claim there will be £100 excess to pay.
